Leonoor studied at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has been practicing law since 2007. In addition to her work in private practice, she has extensive experience as in-house counsel for two multinationals. This has given her a strong practical perspective and a focus on resolving legal issues efficiently.

In her practice, Leonoor specializes in labor law, with a particular focus on collective matters such as employee participation, collective dismissals, reorganizations, collective labor agreements, and transfers of undertakings. Leonoor regularly gives (guest) lectures on these topics.

Leonoor Schreuder heeft in het register van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten arbeidsrecht als rechtsgebied geregistreerd.

Op grond van deze registratie is zij verplicht elk kalenderjaar volgens de normen van de Nederlandse orde van advocaten tien opleidingspunten te behalen op ieder geregistreerd hoofdrechtsgebied.
