Leonoor has been working as a lawyer since 2007. Part of her career, she worked as an in-company lawyer for multinational companies. As a result, Leonoor understands the practical side of a legal situation and is committed to finding solutions of legal issues that work in practice. Leonoor specializes in employment law, focusing in particular on collective matters such as collective dismissal, restructurings, collective labour agreements, employee participation and transfer of undertaking (TUPE). She regularly gives (guest) lectures on these topics.

Leonoor Schreuder has registered employment law as her field of law in the register of the Dutch Bar Association.
