Alexander advises employers and employees on their employment law position. For example, in conflict situations or around organizational changes. He also acts for works councils, is active as process supervisor and chairman of a social plan guidance committee.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Alexander is an Mfn-registered mediator, with a focus on the workplace: cooperation problems in the broad sense, such as labour conflicts within teams, disputes in the field of co-determination, between management and supervisors or within partnerships.
Alexander was a partner at a large international law firm for many years, where he also gained managerial experience as managing partner. He is the acting dean of the Rotterdam Bar Organization, a body that, among other things, supervises lawyers in the district.
