A advises employers and employees on their employment law position – in conflict situations or as a result of organizational changes. He also represents works councils and acts as a facilitator, for example if communication within teams is faltering.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Alexander is an MfN-registered mediator, focusing on workplace issues: collaboration problems in a broad sense, such as in labor conflicts, disputes related to employee participation, between boards and supervisory bodies, or within partnerships.
Alexander was a partner for many years at a large international law firm, where he also gained managerial experience as managing partner. He currently serves as acting dean of the Rotterdam Bar Association, a body responsible for supervising lawyers in the Rotterdam area.
