As of February 2026, Martina is working as a legal assistant at SteensmaEven, where she handles all aspects of employment law. Besides her work for SteensmaEven, Martina is a member of the Labor Law Association.

Martina has completed the HBO Law program as well as a degree in Law. She obtained her Master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam. Martina has completed several internships at law firms that (partly) specialize in employment law. During her master’s studies, she worked as a legal professional at a firm focusing on settlement agreements.
