Puck joined SteensmaEven in June 2026. She primarily advises employers on a wide range of employment law matters, bringing a committed and solution-oriented approach to her work.

Puck holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been practising as a lawyer since February 2023. Before joining SteensmaEven, she worked at a law firm in Amsterdam, where she developed particular expertise in collective labour law, including employee participation processes, restructurings and strike-related matters: areas she works in at SteensmaEven as well.
